Shipping & Return Policy
General Infos on shipping
Our shipping partner is the german postoffice "Deutsche Post".
National orders will be deliverd by "Deutsche Post"directly; international orders will be forwarded to your local postoffice and delivered by them.
All international orders are tracked!
For packaging we use nondescriptive padded envelopes that fit any mailbox!
All shipping prices are the same prices we have to pay to the postoffice.
National Shipping (Germany)
Shipments inside of Germany are sent by "Großbrief" (1,55€) and without tracking. The usual delivery time is two or three business days after your order.
International Shipping (EU)
Shipments inside of the european union (EU) are sent with "Warenpost International XS EU Tracked" (6,60€).
The usual delivery time is within 7 business days after your order.
International Shipping (Non-Eu / World)
Shipments outside of the european union (EU) are sent with "Warenpost International XS Non-EU Tracked" (6,15€).
The usual delivery time is within 14 business days after your order, BUT there is no guarantee. Espacially customers from the USA and Oceania may experience longer delivery times than usual, due to low flight capacitys caused by the pandemic. Please be patient if your delivery takes longer than expected.

Within 14 after receiving your delivery you have the option to request a refund. Please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org or our contact form to do so!
The shipping cost of returning the package is to payed by the customer. Once we receive your return or proof of you handing the delivery over to the post office we will be returning the total amount of your invoice including the original shipping cost.
